Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

Goods will not be sent out unless full payment is received.

Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Dog Walk Style, which means that if you are not fully satisfied and changed your mind with your online purchase, you can return it by contacting us within 14 days from the date that you received your goods. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We will give a full refund only if the items are returned with its original packaging, has not been used and is in good condition for resales, in this instance, customers are required to cover the return postage costs. 

No refund for in store purchase for customers who changed their mind about an in store purchase. For items purchased in store, we will issue credit note for future purchase. In this instance, customers need to return the items in store within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact our customer services team at info@dogwalkstyle.com for us to arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund the returned faulty goods.

How to return or exchange an item

Contact our customer service team at info@dogwalkstyle.com within 14 days of receiving your goods for all returns and exchanges. 

Also please let us know whether you want a refund, exchange or replacement and exactly which product you would like in exchange.

Please return the item/s in its original delivery packaging with product tags. Make sure you pay sufficient postage to cover the cost of the delivery.

Returns of faulty items will be either replaced or refunded as to your instruction and in both cases, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you. Replacements or exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item and will then be subject to our standard delivery times. We will cover the postage costs for faulty items.
