Delivery

 

Our delivery charge is min. £6 (Domestic UK shipping only). Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

Next day delivery is for orders placed before 11am between Monday to Thursday. Orders between Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

However during high season, we see delays in delivery times. We will keep you posted with delivery updates. Thank you for your understanding.

OVERSEAS

Please note that duties and taxes may be payable on arrival on all international deliveries.

 Orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail tracked service. We will confirm shipping arrangements prior to dispatch.

Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer, which will now include all EU countries. 

Pre-order

Pre-order delivery time will be confirmed by email. 

 

Why do we take payment for Pre-order items

We take funds on a pre-order to guarantee a position in a queue, This qualifies as a confirmed orders that is shared manufactures who allocate supply to us accordingly, In the past, where funds were not taken, speculative orders were placed across several sites by customers. This mean the allocations to suppliers could not be accurately determined and wrong allocations were made to wrong retailers, Charging for a queue is why we call it a pre order guarantees a queue position.

 

Out of Stock

Out of stock items could be re-stock. Email us with the product name at info@dogwalkstyle.com and we will check the upcoming stock for you.
