Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

Goods will not be sent out unless full payment is received.

Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Dog Walk Style, which means that if you are not fully satisfied, you can return it within 14 days from the date that you received your goods and return them to us for a full refund. For goods that customers have merely changed their mind about a purchase, we will give a full refund, but in this instance, customers are required to cover the return postage costs.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact our customer services team at info@dogwalkstyle.com for us to arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund the returned faulty goods.

How to return or exchange an item

Contact our customer service team at info@dogwalkstyle.com within 14 days of receiving your goods for all returns and exchanges. 

Also please let us know whether you want a refund, exchange or replacement and exactly which product you would like in exchange.

Please return the item/s in its original delivery packaging with product tags. Make sure you pay sufficient postage to cover the cost of the delivery.

Returns of faulty items will be either replaced or refunded as to your instruction and in both cases, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you. Replacements or exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item and will then be subject to our standard delivery times. We will cover the postage costs for faulty items.
